SilverCloud is an interactive online platform offering self-guided computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. The service is available for free to individuals who are not receiving any other mental health support and who are registered with a GP in Bristol, North Somerset, or South Gloucestershire.

Ride Out Ride On
Ride Out Ride On – RORO for short – is an inclusive and adaptable cycle service for adults and children based in Bristol. RORO offer sessions to disabled people and people with long-term health conditions who would otherwise be unable to experience riding.
Mothers for Mothers
Mothers for Mothers offer a range of perinatal mental health support services. Most of their services, including helplines, one-to-one sessions, and counselling, are directed at mothers, but monthly support sessions are also available for fathers.
