The Bristol Mind Greenspace Wellbeing Project offers refugees and asylum seekers an opportunity to get out into nature in a safe, quiet space, with chances to learn skills and connect with others.

Network Counselling

Network Counselling offers affordable counselling in a welcoming, safe and confidential space where people can be listened to, accepted and understood. The service is for adults aged 18+.

Bristol Community Arts

Bristol Community Arts are a local charity which aims to improve personal wellbeing through art, mentorship, and education. They provide a range of unique creative education opportunities for the local community, prioritising under-privileged adults and young people (14+).

Carers UK

A charity dedicated to improving the lives of carers. Services include a helpline providing advice & information for carers on any issue including benefits, residential care, the Carer’s Act and respite care, and online forums where carers can meet and connect.

Anxiety UK

Anxiety UK work to relieve and support those living with anxiety and anxiety-based depression by providing information, support and understanding via an extensive range of services, including a telephone helpline, and text- and email-based support.

Additionally, fee-paying members of Anxiety UK have access to discounted therapy from approved providers, support groups, and a range of other resources.

Safe Link

Safe Link provides independent support for anyone – of any gender or age – who has been the victim of rape or sexual abuse, across the whole of Avon and Somerset. You do not need to have reported to the police to access these services.

Next Link

Next Link is part of Missing Link Mental Health Services, providing specific support services for women who are experiencing domestic abuse. Services include safe houses, crisis response, outreach, and helplines.
