Counselling

Availability update*

We have a number of counselling spaces coming available over the next few months for those struggling with mild-moderate mental health problems.  There are a some available now (July and August), and others coming available in September and October.

We will be assessing new potential clients throughout the next few months so, if you are interested in signing up for counselling please do contact counselling@bristolmind.org.uk for a registration form.

Please be aware that our counselling service is a primary care service, working with mild-moderate mental health struggles.  We are not able to provide secondary mental health care.

Due to the current covid-19 pandemic, Meeting Minds is currently only operating as a remote service (phone/video call) and will do so for the foreseeable future.

What does Meeting Minds offer?

With a limited number of affordable counselling services available and waiting lists increasing, Bristol Mind are pleased to be able to offer a reduced fee counselling service to residents of the Bristol area.

Our team of therapists and trainee counsellors provide one-to-one therapy for adults over the age of 18 at an affordable rate dependent on disposable household income.  We offer up to 16 weeks (4 months) of counselling, with some scope to extend this where appropriate and following discussion with your counsellor.
