Counselling

Availability update: We are now taking registrations for sessions coming available in April and May. Please email counselling@bristolmind.org.uk for a registration form if you are interested.

We have a few LGBTQIA+ specific sessions available in March/April at various points throughout the week – please do contact us to find out more and to register, if this applies to you.

Similarly, we have a number of online spaces coming available, so please be aware that we may be able to place you sooner if you are happy to attend sessions via video.

Please note that our counselling service is a primary care service, working with mild-moderate mental health struggles.  We are not able to provide secondary mental health care.

We are currently operating a hybrid service of either face-face or video sessions.

What does Meeting Minds offer?

With a limited number of affordable counselling services available and waiting lists increasing, Bristol Mind are pleased to be able to offer a reduced fee counselling service to residents of the Bristol area.

Our team of therapists and trainee counsellors provide one-to-one therapy for adults over the age of 18 at an affordable rate dependent on disposable household income.  We offer up to 16 weeks (4 months) of counselling, with some scope to extend this where appropriate and following discussion with your counsellor.
