Mindline volunteering

Volunteers get full training over a period of 6 weeks, and then work on a rota basis undertaking approximately one shift every fortnight, answering calls from 7pm to 11pm.

Our next Mindline volunteer recruitment is now open. Information sessions are taking place during December 2024 to allow you to meet the team and find out more about becoming a volunteer. Interviews and training will take place from January to March 2025. Download the Information Pack to find out more, including how to book your place on an Info Session.
