Many of us spend over 80% of our time at work, and whilst hybrid working has allowed better work-life balance for some employees, for others it has increased both pressure and isolation, with fewer opportunities to connect, collaborate or socialise with colleagues.
At Bristol Mind, we are committed to improving mental health and wellbeing across all sectors of our community, and we know from our own office culture that this means paying attention at work.
Not only can employers be alert to common issues like stress and anxiety, we must also explore deeper and more subtle influences on Workplace Wellbeing, such as our responsibilities in terms of mental health as a disability, our approach to diversity, inclusion and equity, and our emotional intelligence in supporting and guiding employees to thrive at work amid important life transitions and challenges.
What we offer
At Bristol Mind, we are proud to be part of the National Mind Federation and our training and resources are shaped by shared values: connecting, supporting and changing minds so that everyone benefits from the best mental health support possible.
Bristol Mind delivers a range of standard and bespoke Workplace Wellbeing trainings to local businesses, with the aim of supporting and developing best practice. All of our courses can be delivered in person or online, and range from Lunch & Learn to half-day and full-day training days.
We also offer consultancy on how to build and manage positive workplace wellbeing, as well as tailored counselling for employees needing more personalised support on a workplace or personal issue affecting their work.
