Our Community Wellbeing Services are designed to reach diverse groups of people who otherwise may not easily access mental health and wellbeing support.
With the focus on equity and dignity, we want to work with people on their own terms and at their own pace, developing more trauma-informed and creative ways of understanding what helps us to feel more connected, confident and resilient.
Projects are dependent on funding and prioritise lived experience, collaborative learning and voice. All of our Community Wellbeing Coordinators are trained to deliver 121 and group psychoeducation, helping people to discover their own next step in terms of wellbeing support, counselling, volunteering or training towards employment within the sector.
