The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. They offer a free and confidential helpline (0800 58 58 58) and webchat, open 5pm to midnight, 365 days a year.

Changes Bristol is a mental health charity that provides weekly mutual peer support meetings for those in mental distress. Their services are free to access, with no referral required from a health professional, and are open ended so that people can access the service for as long as they would like.
During COVID-19, support groups are primarily taking place through online video, although some face-to-face groups are operating.
As well as groups open to all demographics, Changes operate dedicated support groups for Women, Men, LGBTQ+ people, and Women of Colour.
Child Bereavement UK supports families and educates professionals when a baby or child of any age dies or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement. They provide support nationally through a helpline and a webchat.
