Mothers for Mothers is a group of mothers most of who have suffered depression or distress after the birth of one or more babies. They offer support information and most of all a listening ear for any worries or concerns you may have. They offer a telephone and text helpline service, support groups and counselling.

Womankind provides women in the Bristol area with free or affordable professional counselling, psychotherapy and on-going support. They specialise in depression, anxiety, acute crisis, domestic abuse and rape.
WIAS offer services including ‘drop-in’ sessions, helplines, women’s groups as well as 1:1 counselling. They are a not-for-profit organisation specifically focused on women and supporting them with past and present alcohol issues.
