Kinergy is a professional, confidential counselling charity for survivors of sexual violence, abuse and rape. Working with male and female survivors over the age of 16 this service works on a donation basis and provides one to one and group counselling services.

Southmead Touchstone

Part of the Southmead Project. A free, confidential special service offering counselling to people over the age of 16 who have experienced emotional, physical or sexual abuse, or are aware of this having happened to their partner.

The Bridge Foundation

The Bridge Foundation provides a range of psychoanalytic and counselling services for children, young people, adults, parents and families – giving support to anyone experiencing emotional difficulty or trouble.

The Southmead Project

Southmead Project provides free therapeutic and practical support to adults who were abused as children and have turned to drugs, alcohol and other ways of self-harming as a consequence of that trauma.


Womankind provides women in the Bristol area with free or affordable professional counselling, psychotherapy and on-going support. They specialise in depression, anxiety, acute crisis, domestic abuse and rape.
