On Monday 24 September 2018, Bristol Mind will join forces with organisations across England and Wales to take part in ‘Mindful Monday’ walking groups as part of the European Week of Sport in partnership with ukactive.
If you would like to get involved in our free Mindful Walk around the beautiful Harbourside, we will be meeting at the John Cabot statue outside the Arnolfini at 12:30 before the walk starts (Narrow Quay, Bristol, BS1 4QA).
There is good evidence to suggest that, as well as improving physical health, regular exercise can boost mood, help beat stress and even reduce the risk of depression.
