Mind Without Borders: Refugee Services

Bristol Mind has an ongoing commitment to reach out to wider communities living here in our city. We celebrate difference and see that others whose background and culture may not be the same as ours, can enhance our life and own experiences by being alongside each other. We recognize that many have come in need of refuge, and our aim is to help those people’s mental wellbeing in whatever way we can.

We have a number of projects working specifically with refugees, you can read more by clicking the links below.

We want to hear about your experience and want you to have your say on Bristol Mind’s services

Bristol Mind aims to support you and we recognise that since the Covid-Pandemic and living through a Cost of Living Crisis is challenging.

We want to hear about your experience in claiming asylum and resettling in the UK.

In order to continue to deliver the best possible services we are applying for funding for a new project which works directly with you: exploring what we mean by inclusive and accessible mental health and wellbeing support, and how you would want to be involved in designing and delivering better services.

As a starting point we invite you to fill in this short survey, you are welcome to remain anonymous, however please provide your personal details to be involved in further design workshops as the project progresses. We want to hear from a range of people, especially those who might not normally engage with mental health and wellbeing activities
