“Over the last 6 or 7 years I really learnt a lot about myself and my mental health. Like anyone out there I’ve had my challenges with mental health whether anxiety, stress or simply overthinking. It’s taken me time to figure out what helps, but certainly openness/talking about how you are feeling, and exercise massively help me. I can be in the worst mind space, and I get on my bike cycle about 10m and instantly feel better! Over the past 2 years I have also become a mental health first aider to try and help others where I can”
