Outreach Advocacy volunteering
We are now looking for new volunteers! If you are interested in becoming a volunteer advocate for Bristol Mind’s Outreach Advocacy Service we are holding Introductory Sessions at 35 Old Market Street, BS2 0EZ on:
- Wednesday 16 January 2019, 11:00-13:00
- Wednesday 23 January 2019, 11:00-13:00
- Wednesday 30 January 2019, 11:00-13:00
The Introductory Session is an essential part of the selection process and will give you more information about the work and help you decide if you want to go ahead with your application. You only need to attend one of the sessions.
Following the Introductory Session, you will need to submit a written application and you will then be contacted to arrange an interview.
Successful applicants will then be required to attend all training sessions, which commence on Wednesday 6 February 2019 and last for 8 weeks (see timetable below for details). Please note that allocation of places on the training course will be on a first come first served basis.
If you wish to attend an Introductory Session, please contact Claire Barnard by emailing: email@example.com or by calling 0117 980 0376. Please make sure you also provide us with a contact telephone number.
