Bristol Mind Services during Coronavirus Pandemic

We have made a number of temporary changes to the way our services will operate during this uncertain time.

The Bristol Mind building is closed to the public at present. No drop-ins, face to face appointments, or groups will be running in the building.

Our MindLine and MindLine Trans+ Helplines are still open. From Friday 27th March 2020 MindLine’s opening hours will change to Wed-Sun,  7pm – 11pm.

Clients of our Meeting Minds counselling service have been offered telephone appointments.

Clients of our Hate Crime and Advocacy services are still able to get in touch with their advocates by telephone or email.

Outreach Advocacy Drop-ins are currently Closed. New clients are still able to get in touch with the Outreach Advocacy service by telephone or email: see here.

We are currently working to restore a full Information and Signposting Service. At present, the service is accessible through voicemail and email: see here.
