“Life is busy and hectic. Pressures of work, balancing home life, juggling home finances, bringing up four children and trying to always show a positive outward demeanour can sometimes be too much. I have spoken to professionals to help me see a way through, and have learned that finding time for yourself, and talking to people will help. It’s very true that a problem shared can be a problem halved. You often find that those feelings you have are shared by others that you wouldn’t have known from the outside looking in. Personally, I find that a bit of exercise and personal escapism helps me refocus on the important things. When everything feels like it’s getting on top, a walk, run, bike ride helps me realise the way to tackle things and also get some perspective that is needed about the size of the problems.”
