Third year University of Bristol Psychology (with Innovation) students, Ellie and Elena, will be taking part in the ‘twenty-seven27’ challenge set by national Mind in March 2019.
The aim of this event is to raise awareness in solidarity with the 27% of students who report having a mental health problem whilst at university.
“As Psychology (with Innovation) students, we know the proven benefits of exercise on mental health (one of the reasons we wanted to be part of the campaign), but we want to make try and help others as well as helping ourselves…”
If you are interested in joining Ellie and Elena on their 27 miles around Bristol, or you want to read more about the campaign, then please go over to their blog.
