Emoodji is a free app from Mind that’s designed to help students cope with the ups and downs of university life. The app allows you to track your mood over time and is full of tips to cope with different aspects of life, such as homesickness, money worries and exam stress.
ESC (Expert Self Care) Student offers students fast and discreet access to reliable health advice. It covers a range of health topics, including mental health.
For students of the university. Counselling based on the third floor of Hampton House. Counselling sessions by appointment. Booking form is available online. Additionally, 20 minute drop-ins are available on any weekday.
For students of UWE. Therapeutic consultation with a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner. Students can have up to six counselling appointments per academic year. Additional wellbeing and specialist mentoring support is also available.
