The UK’s eating disorder charity, Beat provide information and support. Services include online support groups, one to one webchat, and dedicated helplines for adults, young people, and students.

Bristol Nightline – for students of the University of Bristol – 01179 266 266

Bristol Nightline offers a confidential, impartial and non-advisory listening and information service to students of the University of Bristol. They don’t lecture or judge their callers, their job is to listen and help them reach their own conclusions.

The service is open 7 days a week during term time, from 8pm to 8am by phone and 8pm to midnight by IM.

UWE Wellbeing Service

For students of UWE. Therapeutic consultation with a Senior Wellbeing Practitioner. Students can have up to six counselling appointments per academic year. Additional wellbeing and specialist mentoring support is also available.
