Bristol Mind is looking for someone with enthusiasm and commitment to work within our busy IMCA/ DOLS team. You will be providing the RPR service supporting a wide range of vulnerable adults often with profound and multiple needs who are deprived of their liberty. Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act 2005, especially the Deprivation of Liberty safeguards; strong experience working with vulnerable adults who are affected by significant health and social care issues and unable to speak up for themselves; and experience of providing persuasive verbal and written representations, along with a good working knowledge of public and voluntary organisations.
The successful applicant will also have excellent organisational, verbal and written communication skills and be able to start as soon as possible. This post will be based at our offices in Old Market Street, Bristol.
21 hours/ week Scale Point 29-31 £25,951 – £27,668 pro-rata
25 days A/L + 6% pension pro-rata
