Fortnightly drop-in Mindfulness and Compassion sessions for Mental Well Being at Bristol Mind with experienced and qualified Practitioner Vicki Thomas.
1st and 3rd Thursdays of the month starting on 7th September until 21st December 2017. Sessions start at 7:30pm – 9pm and costs £5 (can be negotiated if unwaged).
This is a wonderful opportunity for anyone referred by Bristol Changes or Bristol Mind to come and learn simple and effective Mindfulness and Compassion skills in a supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere. These Practices can really help us to deal with life’s demands and to learn more awareness, compassion and self-acceptance.
Mindfulness can be really helpful for both depression and anxiety.
The sessions will be held in a relaxing, nurturing and calming atmosphere.
All are welcome – whether you have any experience of Mindfulness or not.
